Terms and Conditions

  1. Open to select PLDT Home Fiber subscribers (Depending on the product classification only with a minimum tenure of 3 months and good crediting standing. (Subject to standard PLDT credit policy)
  2. See below the lock-in rules:
    1. There's no refresh lock-in period for subscribers from Fiber Unli upgrade to the Fiber Unli plan.
    2. For subscribers upgrading to Fiber Plus plans and receiving additional mesh device/s (ex: Fiber Unli to any Fiber Plus plan, Fiber 1699 to Fiber Plus 1899 with 2 mesh inclusions, the contract will be subject to a refresh lock-in of 36 months.
    3. For subscribers upgrading from Fiber Plus plan to go to another Fiber Plus (ex: Fiber Plus 2399 to Fiber Plus 2999, with (3 mesh inclusion), an additional 12 months will be added to the current contract.
  3. For subscribers availing of a Mesh there will be a lock-in for the device for 12, 24, or 36 months depending on the subscriber’s preferred lock-in period.
  4. PLDT Home and Smart employees who have Company Official Business plans are not eligible to avail of the promo.

Are there restrictions/limitations of plan offer per channel?

Yes. Those plans under Fiber Plan 1699 and above are eligible for P200 off if offered/availed via Telesales or SSC callouts.

If via other channels such as pldthome.com/fiber-upgrade, 2-way SMS, SSC walk-ins, Hotline, Social media, etc, only the Fiber Unli 1699 and Fiber Unli 2099 are eligible for the offer.

What is the validity of the promo?

The promo is valid until Feb 29, 2024.

What if I upgraded by March 1, 2024, am I still qualified?

No, all applications for upgrade beyond the promo duration are no longer eligible of the offer.

I upgraded my Fiber plan within the promo period and there’s another promo offer being apart from this, am I still eligible to get that?

Yes, on top of the P200 off for 6 mos. offer, you can still be one of 29 lucky winners of P24,000 Klook vouchers when upgrade. You can earn up to 8 raffle entries depending on your plan availed.

I upgraded my Fiber plan this Feb and I was able to enjoy the P200 off, but I want to downgrade my Plan? Can I still enjoy the discount?

No, once you downgraded your plan, the P200 off offer will no longer be applicable on your account.

If I missed out to pay my bill on the first month, am I still going to enjoy my P200 off for the next month?

Yes, you can still enjoy the P200 off.

My P200 off didn’t reflect in my PLDT billing. What will I do?
