myBro subscribers can now conveniently manage their accounts online as PLDT HOME brings myHome to its subscribers.

myHome is the new self-service channel that allows myBro Canopy and Wimax subscribers to access their accounts at home or anywhere they have an Internet connection.

myBro subscribers can simply log-on to www.pldthome.com/account and register for free as new users or transfer their my.Smart or myBro meter accounts to start using myHome.

New users can register with a valid e-mail address, verify the e-mail address, and create a password while migrated users just need to log-in using their my.Smart or myBro meter credentials and reset their passwords.

myHome enables myBro users to check their current and previous balance, manage their account information, report billing concerns, and even request for technical support with 24-hour response time. myBro users can also inquire about their volume usage and purchase additional volume as needed.

The range of services available in myHome minimizes the need for subscribers to visit PLDT Sales and Service Centers for simple account concerns.
