Q:

Can I avail of this offer if I am under Plan Rebate 166.5?

You will need to cancel your Plan Rebate Retention availment. Your Php166.50 monthly rebate will be discontinued and your MSF will be reverted to the original amount. Once you have availed of the new retention offer, the Php420 amortization will be billed on top of the MSF. We will also refresh your contract with a new 24 month lock in.

What do I need to provide to avail of this offer?

If you visit any of our SSCs, you will only need to submit a photocopy of a valid ID, a signed Contract Extension Application Form, and you have to pay your outstanding balance (if any). If you avail of this offer via the callout team, the conversation will be recorded and will serve as proof of availment.

Can a relative/representative apply on my behalf?

To have a relative/representative apply on your behalf, he/she must present a valid authorization letter and photocopy of valid IDs of both. When will I start to be charged for the unit?

The transaction will be reflected in your next monthly billing upon successful delivery and will continue for 30 months.

What if I want to disconnect?

To cancel the contract, you will be charged a Pre-Termination Fee multiplied by the remaining months in your contract plus the remaining amortization of the unit.

Can I cancel my availment of the retention offer?

You will be required to fill up an online request form to get your request registered and recognized in the system. What warranty does the unit come with?
