“We are happy to renew our partnership with IIEE,” said Raul S. Alvarez, PLDT vice president and head of home marketing support. “PLDT HOME knows that in order to provide world-class digital services that bring families closer together, we have to foster and encourage the advancement of technical knowledge and promote their practical applications.”

According to Alex C. Cabugao, IIEE national president, last year’s partnership saw the active involvement of PLDT HOME’s electrical engineers in all of IIEE’s programs and seminars which marks a ‘convergence between the telecommunications and power industries.’

He added, “Apart from sharing the same vision of promoting professional development, we hope they will continue to be our partner so that we can maximize our engagement and efforts in connecting the professional organization with industry leaders like PLDT HOME.”
