What is Pay Express Online?

Pay Express Online is a fast, simple and secure way to pay your PLDT Home accounts online. Skip the line and pay any where, any time using your Credit, Debit or ATM card.

Do I need to register to use this service?

No registration needed! Pay Express Online is pre-filled to avoid misapplied payments.

We'll be sending the links to your registered contact information. Make sure your mobile number and e-mail address on our database is up-to-date. Kindly contact our Customer Care Hotline 171 or visit the nearest PLDT Sales and Service Center to update your customer contact information.

How do I pay via Pay Express Online?

There are many ways to pay your PLDT bill via Pay Express Online. Update your contact details with us to receive updates and account notifications.

SMS Link

Simply click the Pay Express Online link included on your SMS bill notification and follow the payment instructions.

E-mail Notification

Click the Pay Express Online button on your monthly e-mail notification and follow the payment instructions.

AskPLDT app

Settle your PLDT bill or somebody else's with the askPLDT app! Download the app on your iOS or Android mobile device and start paying your PLDT bill, the easy way!

  1. Open the askPLDT app.
  2. Select Balance Inquiry
  3. Fill in the 10 Digit Account Number (ex. 0123456789) and Telephone Number. Ex. 02+(Tel no) for GMM, 0+(Area Code)+(Tel No) for Provincial numbers.
  4. Select PAY NOW button and follow payment instructions.

QR Code on Bill

Your unique QR Code for Pay Express Online is on your monthly Statement of Account. Simply SCAN the QR code and PAY with your credit or Debit/ATM card.

  1. Download the QR Code Scanner of your choice on your iOS or Android mobile device.
  2. Scan the QR code on your PLDT Home bill located beside your Bill Summary and follow payment instructions.

For internet restricted accounts, we have included a link on the Customer Payment Reminder Portal for you to easily pay your overdue balance. Simply click the Pay Express Online logo and follow the payment instructions.

We'd like to remind you to please settle your bill on or before your due date to avoid internet restriction of your account.

What modes of payment does Pay Express Online accept?

Pay Express Online accepts major Credit and Debit/ATM cards.

Will I be charged with a fee for paying online?

No. We do not charge any fee for this service.

Is there a maximum/minimum amount to pay?

Currently, there is no maximum limit in the amount that you can pay, however, there is a minimum amount of Php 200.00.

What happens if I overpaid?

The credit amount due to overpayment will be credited to your next billing statement.

When will my payment be posted?

Payments via Pay Express Online are posted near real time. Reconnection within 6 hours for redirected/disconnected accounts.

Can I pay the bill of another account?

Yes! There are 3 ways to pay the PLDT bill of another account:

  1. Using the askPLDT app on your iOS or Android mobile device.
  2. Forwarded Pay Express Online link from the account to be paid.
  3. Scanning the QR code of the Statement of Account of another account.

I'm currently abroad, can I still pay my bill online?

Yes! You or your loved ones abroad can pay for your PLDT Home bill any time, any where!

How do I receive the SMS and e-mail from PLDT?

Please update your contact details for your account to receive the SMS and e-mail notification. You can call our Customer Care Hotline at 171 to update.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to pay online?

Yes. For internet restricted accounts, you can still pay online thru the Customer Payment Reminder Portal. Simply click the Pay Express Online logo and follow the payment instructions.

How do I get my official receipt?

Your Official Receipt will be included on your next printed bill or eStatement.

Will I be notified if the payment transaction is successful?

Yes! You will receive confirmation of your transaction on your registered e-mail and mobile number.

My account is redirected, can I still pay via Pay Express Online?

Yes! For internet restricted accounts, you can still pay online thru the Customer Payment Reminder Portal. Simply click the Pay Express Online logo and follow the payment instructions.

For disconnected accounts, click on the Pay Express Online link included in the SMS reminder sent to you. Please note that reconnection of disconnected accounts are subject to reconnection fees.
