Mobile Number Portability (MNP) allows mobile subscribers to change networks while retaining their current mobile number permanently, or switch from a postpaid to prepaid subscription or vice versa. This means that you may not be able to identify the network of a mobile number just by checking the number prefix.
Calls made from your PLDT Landline to a mobile number that has ported out from Smart or TNT to Globe, Dito, or other networks may have applicable charges. These charges will be reflected on your monthly bill.
You will hear a beep before the call is connected to inform you that the number you are calling from your PLDT Landline has ported out from Smart or TNT to Globe, Dito, or other networks.

The standard fee for mobile calls to other networks is P14.00/minute.
