PLDT HOME BIZ SPEEDBOOST PROMO MECHANICS

1. The PLDT Home Biz Speedboost Promo is valid from Jan 24, 2024 to April 30, 2024.
2. The promo is open to all existing PLDT Home Biz subscribers.
3. Offer Details:
   • Get a FREE SPEEDBOOST to the next higher Home Biz Plan for a period of six (6) months from the date of service activation. Upon the lapse thereof, plans shall revert to their respective regular speed as indicated below.

4. Interested subscribers must submit the following documents to avail of the offer:
   • POID of the business owner - this may be waived as long as the standard authentication process as defined in the Customer Authentication Policy is done by the frontliner/salesperson processing the application to ensure that it is the SOR who is transacting with us.
   • Signed copy of the subscriber contract or any documentation that’ll show subs agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Customers can avail of the promo in all PLDT Smart Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, pldthome.com/biz-upgrade website, Telesales, and authorized agents.
6. Applicable charges shall be paid by the customer.
7. The promo is available nationwide.
8. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the promo:
   • All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
   • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) months MSF applicable to the subscribed plan.
   • The speed boost may depend on modem and line capacity.
   • All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
