Ang ganda ng venue! Not to mention, every table had movie-themed centerpieces (na gusto sana namin iuwi ng fellow bloggers ko kung malaki-laki lang ang bag namin).
Why movie-themed centerpieces? Because one of the key features of the Telpad Quadcore allows its user to WATCH new blockbusters from the Clickplay app, the latest news and information from News5Everywhere, and, at dito ako mas excited, Filipino soaps and Asianovelas on MyPinoyTV!!!
At the WATCH Booth, PLDT created the perfect set-up for us to enjoy our favorite flicks using the Telpad Quad Core.
Everyone had a chance to win a premium PLDT umbrella if they’re able to correctly name the movie titles of 3 out of 5 trailers shown via the PLDT Telpad Quad Core. Siyempre, kinarir namin ‘yan. Hence, lahat kami may PLDT umbrella!
Next, we tried the LISTEN Booth, where we listened to 5 random songs from the wide array of songs from Spinnr (powered by SMART Music) by international artists under MCA Music, also featured in the newest Telpad Quad Core. We had to get at least 3 titles correctly to win a PLDT tumbler. Medyo mahina ako sa music kaya kinailangan ko humingi ng saklolo from the PLDT ladies at the booth. Feeling recording artist
Last we tried, which turned out to be the most fun, was the PLAY Booth. Pinaglaro kami ng car racing game entitled “Raging Thunder”, one of the many, hottest video games from EA Games, which you can download and enjoy on your PLDT Telpad Quad Core. Ang saya at super thrilling! Wala nga akong ni isang picture na hindi sumisigaw sa excitement at tensyon e!
The event was hosted by DJ JQ, who introduced to us the equally handsome Head of PLDT Home, Mr. Patrick S. Tang.
Mr. Patrick told us all about what’s in store for those who will avail of the new Telpad Quad Core, including educational applications, digital newspapers, magazines and textbooks, as well as more entertainment apps. PLDT will soon update and introduce new features to heyŰ, PLDT’s Voice Over Internet Protocop (VOIP) service app.
With all these features, imposibleng may ma-bore pa sa bahay niyo once you get the Telpad Quad Core! Ang mga bagets will have access to educational apps. Si Daddy will never miss out on the latest blockbuster movies. Habang si Mommy, pwedeng pwede chumika-all-she-wants with her friends!
Aside from having fun in the WATCH, LISTEN and PLAY booths, we also had the chance to meet PLDT’s online ambassadors – Cheska and Doug of TEAM KRAMER!
