6868 and 225678 are virtual numbers used by PLDT Home to confirm a subscribers’ request to upgrade. Smart users can send their confirmation to 6868, while non-Smart users can send confirmation to 225678. Note that these numbers are also being used by other companies.

Are 6868 and 225678 legitimate numbers?

Yes. These are legitimate numbers used by PLDT Home. The subscriber will receive an introductory message stating that the numbers stated above are officially authorized by PLDT Home.

What are the milestones I have to achieve to earn Rewards Crystals?

All active subscribers who upgrade or avail of an add-on will instantly receive the following crystals on their 2^nd, 3^rd, and 6^th month:

When will my rewards crystals be credited?

Crystals will be seeded starting April 1, 2023. Extended until May 1, 2023 onwards.

I successfully upgraded my plan but the Rewards Crystals and Maya Cashback weren’t credited to my account.

Promo eligibility is subject to standard PLDT credit policy and within the indicated Fiber plans above only.
Subscribers who want to get higher speeds outside their corresponding add-on fee, need to upgrade their base plan to be able to be qualified to the higher add-on fee.
Subscribers outside the eligible plans, may upgrade their base plan to the recent Fiber plans found in pldthome.com/fiber-upgrade to be able to qualify for the speed add-on.
Subject to minimum guaranteed connection speed is 30% of the subscribed speed at 80% minimum service reliability across all plans subject to the performance of the subscriber’s computer, traffic of website visited, quality of in-house wiring and other factors beyond the control of PLDT.
