Installing these devices are possible in a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) manner. Since the devices are connected wirelessly through PLDT Fiber’s high-speed internet, installation of the indoor and outdoor camera can be done in minutes using the screws, mounts, and brackets provided in the packaging.

For the video doorbell and door lock, mounting can be done DIY or professionally, depending on the subscriber’s preferred location.

First-time set-up requires the installation of the eufy Security App on your Android or iOS mobile devices.

Yes. You can remotely access eufy Security devices to watch live or recorded videos even when you’re away from home. Just log in to your eufy Security App, select your home device, and choose from the library of recorded events or view the actual live stream from the device. If you’re using mobile internet, a prompt will appear from the app that telco charges may apply when streaming the videos.

Only 1 camera can be viewed at a time on the eufy Security app. However, snapshots of the latest event for every device are shown on the app’s home screen. As for recorded events, these are sequentially arranged in the app and can be filtered by day, device, event type, or detection type for easier browsing.

We recommend using a class 10 high-quality microSD card; the largest card our eufySecurity video devices support is a 128 GB microSD card.

The microSD card must be inserted into the device and formatted in the eufySecurity app before using it to store encrypted video recordings.

The eufy Outdoor Cameras are equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. For first-time use, simply charge the device for 6-7 hours using a micro USB cable (supplied) and a 5V/2A charger. After a full charge, you may install the devices wirelessly.

There are two ways to charge your eufy Outdoor Camera:

• Connect the camera to the rear of your eufy HomeBase 2 using the provided micro USB charging cable.
• Connect the camera to a 5V/2A power adapter using the provided micro USB charging cable, and then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

In the most common usage scenarios (Optimal Battery Life working mode), a fully charged camera can last for:

• Up to one year for the eufy Outdoor Camera 2Pro

For the T8520 rechargeable battery, it takes 6-7 hours to recharge the 10,000mAh battery using a micro USB cable and a 5V/2A charger.
