For existing broadband subscribers upgrading to the following VAS devices, standard PLDT credit policies apply.

For applications with outstanding balances, they must settle within the promo period.
This promo does not apply to PLDT Home broadband subscribers who have availed of another promo offers within the promo period.
Once approved, the subscription is subject to standard 24-36 months lock-in period depending on the standard product business rules of the availed device.
Should the subscriber opt to disconnect the service, a pre-termination charge shall apply to cover the cost of device (MSF x remaining no. of months)
