HOW TO SET UP & REGISTER YOUR SIM

Find the location where you want to place the device. It is recommended to place the device near the window to get the best signal reception.

Plug the device to a power outlet and press the power switch to turn on.

Note: Huawei H151 does not have a power button and will automatically power on once connected to a power supply.

Wait for 2 minutes for the device to complete the boot-up process and stabilize the connection to the network.

Connection and signal indicator lights should be on.

Get the PLDT Home WiFi number from the sticker at the back or bottom of the device

Visit smart.com.ph/simreg or scan the QR code

While connected to your PLDT Home WiFi, visit the device dashboard at https://192.168.1.1 to get your OTP. You may check the back or bottom of the device to get your PLDT Home WiFi number as well as your device dashboard default username and password

Complete the info.
Upload a valid government ID and take a selfie.

Tip: Make sure all details and spelling are correct

Wait for the confirmation of SIM registration and keep the control number that serves as Certificate of Registration.

How to get OTP from device dashboard

  1. 5G Signal Indicator
    • STEADY BLUE - Strong signal
    • STEADY YELLOW - Moderate signal
    • STEADY RED - Weak signal
  2. 4G Signal Indicator
    • STEADY BLUE - Strong signal
    • STEADY YELLOW - Moderate signal
    • STEADY RED - Weak signal
  3. Network Status Indicator
    • STEADY BLUE - Connected to network
    • FLASHING BLUE - WPS is enabled
    • STEADY RED - Not connected to the network
