I forgot my password. How do I change it?

Follow these simple steps to reset your password:

  1. Begin by entering your PLDT account number.
  2. You will be asked to validate your identity to ensure the security of your myHome ID. There are two ways of validation:
    • Go to my.pldthome.com then click Forgot Password.
    • Enter your myHome registered email address.
    • Click on the link included in the email sent to your email address then reset your password.
