Once you have paid your total amount due in full, you may request for account reconnection through the following ways:
- Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to proceed.
- Click Yes for existing PLDT Home subscribers. Please have your account number and telephone number ready to continue. These can be found in your Statement of Account.
- From the main menu, select "Billing Services" and choose "Request Reconnection"
If you still don't have an internet connection after 2 hours, please turn off your modem and turn it back on after 5 minutes.
