How do I request for account reconnection?

Once you have paid your total amount due in full, you may request for account reconnection through the following ways:

  1. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to proceed.
  2. Click Yes for existing PLDT Home subscribers. Please have your account number and telephone number ready to continue. These can be found in your Statement of Account.
  3. From the main menu, select "Billing Services" and choose "Request Reconnection" 

If you still don't have an internet connection after 2 hours, please turn off your modem and turn it back on after 5 minutes.
