I have not received any email regarding my bill

Here are some helpful tips to ensure that you’ll be receiving your monthly eStatements:

  • Your email address should be valid
  • Your mailbox should not be full
  • Add pldthome@pldt.com.ph and cares@pldt.com.ph to your address book so our email will not be tagged as spam
  • Disable your email’s auto-junk settings

You may request to resend a copy of your eStatement by sending us a direct message on our PLDT Cares Facebook Page. You may also download the myPLDT Smart app or send PLDTHOMEBILL to 8171 for Smart, and TNT for FREE; or 0970-0000-171 for other networks.
