I have not received any email regarding my bill

Here are some helpful tips to ensure that you’ll be receiving your monthly eStatements:

  • Your email address should be valid
  • Your mailbox should not be full
  • Add pldthome@pldt.com.ph and cares@pldt.com.ph to your address book so our email will not be tagged as spam
  • Disable your email’s auto-junk settings
  • You may request to resend a copy of your eStatement by sending us a direct message on our Twitter @PLDT_Cares or the PLDT Cares Facebook Page. You may also call our 171 Hotline, download the myPLDT Smart app or send PLDTHOMEBILL to 0970 0000 171. This service is open to all networks and free for PLDT, Smart, TnT, Globe and TM customers.
