Promo Offer:
1. Promo vouchers are transferable but are not convertible to cash.
2. The Klook Voucher will be given out in codes through SMS to the subscribers who will qualify starting October 22.
3. Voucher is valid until December 31, 2024.
Disbursement of vouchers will happen every Friday from October 25 onwards. Voucher disbursement c/o PTX with the help of Rewards Team.
Upon successful installation, the subscriber will receive an SMS from PLDT Home Rewards which includes the redemption and activation process.
- Customers must register to PLDT Rewards first before they receive their Klook Voucher.
- Upon receipt of Klook Voucher, customer must follow the HBO GO Voucher Code redemption steps.

How do customers qualify for the promo?

I saw the promo ad, how can I apply?

Simply visit a PLDT Store, SMART Store, PLDT and SMART Store or pldthome.com (online) and apply for a new service! You will get your premium and/or be qualified for the promo if you apply within the promo period (October 15 – November 30, 2024).

My PLDT Home Broadband Connection was activated after the promo period, am I still qualified for the promo?

Yes, of course. If the application was submitted within the promo period and successfully installed and activated within fifteen (15) days from the end of the promo period, subscriber shall still be qualified for the promo.

How will I get my vouchers?

You will receive an SMS from PLDT Home for your vouchers after getting installed and activated.

I didn’t get my vouchers, what should I do?

You may send an email to pldtsalesandservicecenter@pldt.com.ph or visit any PLDT Store or PLDT-SMART Experience Hubs to raise any redemption concerns. Once validated that premium item was not received or is defective, customer will be issued with a new one and will receive it via email within 24 hours.

How to redeem my voucher codes?

The Klook eGift Certificate will be given out in codes to the users who will qualify during the promo period.

To redeem the eGift voucher, log in to your Klook account and visit this page: https://www.klook.com/en-PH/klook-gift-card.
In the "Redeem a card" tab, input your eGift redemption code in the "Enter our gift card code" field.
Go back to the Klook homepage, choose an activity and add to your cart.
Once you're done, proceed to the "Check Out" button to see your total order price.
Scroll down to the discount selection and tick on the box of your chosen Klook gift card to apply.
Check your updated total order price and proceed to payment.
