      Raffle Mechanics

      1. All successful fiber plan upgrades or add-on purchases and subscriptions from the eligible list will automatically earn an entry for a chance to win P24,000 worth of Klook vouchers.
      2. Selection of winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be drawn online in the presence of a PLDT and DTI representative.
      3. Subscribers may only win once.
      4. 20% tax shall be shouldered by PLDT on prizes exceeding P10,000.00
      5. Notification of Winners and Awarding of Prizes will be identified through their PLDT account subscription and be notified through an SMS, call-out, email, and registered mail.
      6. Raffle Draw will be on March 12, 2024 , 11am via Microsoft Teams.

         • The subscriber will receive their Klook vouchers not later than 30 business days from the winner announcement via SMS Blast or email blast to their registered mobile number and email address.
           • How to Redeem
             • To redeem the eGift Voucher, Log in to your klook account and visit this page: https://www.klook.com/en-PH/klook-gift-card/
             • In the ‘Redeem a card’ tab input your eGift redemption code in ‘Enter your gift card code’.
             • Go back to the homepage, choose an activity and add to your cart.
             • Once you are done, proceed to check out the button to see your total order price.
             • Scroll down to the Discount Selection, and tick on the box of your chosen klook Gift Card to apply.
             • Check the updated total order price, and proceed to payment.

           • Terms of Use

Notification of Winners and Awarding of Prizes

• Winners will be identified through their PLDT account subscription and be notified through an SMS, call-out, email, and registered mail.
• The electronic vouchers will be sent via their registered mobile number through PLDT Home Sender ID.
• The electronic vouchers will be credited on March 15, 2024 onwards.

Terms and Conditions

PLDT Home Subscribers

1. Open to select PLDT Home Fiber subscribers (Depending on the product classification only with a minimum tenure of 3 months and good crediting standing. (Subject to standard PLDT credit policy)
2. See below the lock-in rules:
   • There's no refresh lock-in period for subscribers from Fiber Unli upgrade to the Fiber Unli plan.
   • For subscribers upgrading to Fiber Plus plans and receiving additional mesh device/s (ex: Fiber Unli to any Fiber Plus plan, Fiber 1699 to Fiber Plus 1899 with 2 mesh inclusions, the contract will be subject to a refresh lock-in of 36 months.
   • For subscribers upgrading from Fiber Plus plan going to another Fiber Plus (ex: Fiber Plus 2399 to Fiber Plus 2999, with (3 mesh inclusion), an additional 12 months will be added to the current contract.
3. For subscribers availing of a Mesh or Telset, there will be a lock-in for the device for 12, 24, or 36 months depending on the subscriber’s preferred lock-in period.

Home Biz Subscribers

1. Open to select PLDT Home Biz subscribers only with a minimum tenure of 3 months and good crediting standing. (Subject to standard PLDT credit policy)
