This measure is being implemented to encourage timely and complete payments, helping us maintain consistent and reliable service for all customers.

To avoid additional charges, we kindly remind you to settle your bill in full and on or before the due date.

Payment Channels for Your Convenience
You may pay your PLDT bill through Pay Express, Maya, and other accredited payment partners.

For instructions on how to pay via Pay Express or Maya, type PAYEXPRESS or MAYA and send it to:

  • 8171 (for Smart/TNT subscribers – free of charge), or
  • 0970 000 0171 (for other networks)

Enroll in Auto Charge for a Worry-Free Experience
You may also opt to enroll your account in PLDT’s Auto Charge Program via your preferred bank. This feature offers the following benefits:

Is the Late Payment Fee approved by the NTC?

Yes. The ₱50.00 (VAT exclusive) or ₱56.00 (VAT inclusive) Late Payment Fee complies with the guidelines set by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and aligns with standard industry practices to encourage timely payments. Following regulatory requirements, the NTC was notified 30 days before the implementation of the fee.

How much is the Late Payment Fee?

A Late Payment Fee of ₱50.00 (VAT exclusive) or ₱56.00 (VAT inclusive) is charged each month when a payment is missed or not paid in full. This fee will continue to apply monthly until the account is temporarily disconnected due to non-payment.

Where can I find the Late Payment Fee?

The Late Payment Fee is clearly shown on your billing statement, usually listed as a separate line item.

How can I set up automatic bill payments to avoid late payment fees?

You can enroll in an Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) through your bank using your credit card. This ensures your bill is paid automatically and on time each month, helping you avoid late payment fees.
