PLDT Home Rewards Maya Giveaway Promo Mechanics

Promo period is from July 15, 2022 to August 31, 2022
This raffle promo is open to all active PLDT Home subscribers covering new & existing members of PLDT Home Rewards.
There are two ways to earn raffle entries:
- For non-members of the PLDT Home Rewards Program, simply signing-up to the program within the periods covered earns them one (1) raffle entry
- For existing members of the program, every on time and in full payment of their PLDT bill made via the Maya app during the promo period entitles the member to one (1) raffle entry.
Program members may check about the amount of his/her valid raffle entries by logging into his/her PLDT Home Rewards account via the MVP Rewards website.
Prize: Five (5) lucky PLDT Home Rewards members per month will P100,000 worth of Maya Wallet credits.
Winners must have a current and active PLDT Home postpaid account at the time of draw, with no outstanding balance or disputes to win their raffle prize.
Announcement of winners will be posted in PLDT’s website and official social media platforms; winners will be notified via call-out, email and registered mail.
Employees of PLDT Inc. and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Qualified entries shall be extracted on draw dates in the tables below. Marketing and DTI representative shall draw the winners as scheduled via MSTeams (online).:

For Tax Settlement of Prizes :
Claiming of Prizes: Upon announcement, each winner receives a unique alphanumeric code via SMS from PLDT. They must log-in to Maya to verify their identity and activate the code.

PLDT to notify winners via SMS that includes a unique voucher code assigned to winner’s mobile number and a deeplink to the Maya app.
- If customer does not yet have the Maya app or a PayMaya account, deeplink leads winner to App Store/Google Play Store to download the app. Winner creates and upgrades their account then proceeds to PLD Home Giveaway Missions Page*.
- If customer has a Maya account but is not upgraded, they must upgrade their account in order to view the Mega Maya Giveaway Missions page.
- If customer does not pass KYC (Know Your Customer) Fraud Check, they will not be able to view the Missions page.
On the Mega Maya Giveaway Missions Page, winner inputs their unique alphanumeric code received via SMS.
Maya then captures all relevant info needed for disbursement.

Terms and Conditions

All employees of Philippines Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications Inc., and MVP Rewards & Loyalty Solutions Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.
PLDT Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to subscribers that are invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
For the Maya Credits Prize:
- Awarding of Maya credits will be pursuant to the existing policies and procedures of Maya to validate Maya account owners in good standing.
- All fees and charges relating to the use of the awarded Maya credits will be strictly on the winner’s own account.
- All standards and processes relating to the use of Maya wallet, account limits, and system & usage limitations will be applicable for the prize credits
- Upon full crediting of the cash credits to the winner’s Maya account, PLDT will not liable for the winners’ purchases, transactions with any merchants, or usage of the same in any manner permitted by the ecosystem.
Raffle promo winners will be notified via registered mail, phone call and email. Name of winners will be announced either via email, messaging apps, social media, website and digital platforms.
Voucher Codes must be claimed within 90 days from receipt of notice, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of PLDT with prior approval from DTI.
Participants have up to 60 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
Prize is not exchangeable or transferable to another person, and not convertible to cash.
