AVAILMENT

Subscribers will receive an SMS & email from PLDT Home informing them that they are eligible to get a FREE PLDT Home Health Pass until May 19, 2024.
Subscriber will reply “YES” to the SMS or click on the link within the email for approval. This shall prompt another SMS/email to be sent to the subscriber within 7 days containing the voucher code.
Voucher can be redeemed on the mWell mobile application.
