myHome ID is a convenient and secure way to manage your PLDT accounts online. You can enjoy the following services with your myHome ID:

  • Purchase fun family entertainment and charge it directly to your PLDT bill
  • View entertainment content purchase history
  • Check your monthly bill
  • Track the status of ongoing PLDT HOME applications

A single myHome ID can be used for multiple PLDT HOME accounts so you do not need to create a separate myHome ID.

  1. Visit my.pldthome.com and click Create a myHome ID.
  2. Enter your email address, first name and last name, and preferred password.
  3. You will receive an email from PLDT Home. Click the link provided in the email to verify your account.
  4. Link your PLDT HOME account/s to begin managing your accounts online.
  1. Begin by entering your PLDT account number.
  2. You will be asked to validate your identity to ensure the security of your myHome ID. There are two ways of validation:
  •  via OTP (one-time PIN) - a 4-digit verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number which you submitted during application of your PLDT service. If that number is no longer active or updated, you may call 101012 then press 2 to update your mobile number. Note that this should be done by the subscriber on record.
  •  via IVRS - a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Using the PLDT Landline corresponding to the account number you are trying to link, call 101012, press 1 then key in the code. Note that if you use a different Landline, the system will not accept the code.
*If you are having trouble linking your account:
  1.  Call 171 and press 4 for Products and Services.
  2. Then press 2 for other Service Requests to be directed an agent.

You will be prompted to send a request to the Account Owner to be added as a member of the account or you may call our hotline, 171.

The Subscriber on Record is the person who applied for the PLDT service so his/her name appears on our records.

  1. Go to my.pldthome.com then click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your myHome registered email address. 
  3. Click on the link included in the email sent to your email address then reset your password.

To keep your PLDT account information safe and private, you should not share your myHome ID credentials with other people. If you share your myHome ID credentials, other people can purchase entertainment content and have it charged to your billing statement. Instead, you may add other people as members of your account so they’ll be able to purchase PLDT content using their own myHome ID.

  1. Choose the account you want to access by clicking Manage.
  2. Click on the Account Members button on the sidebar menu.
  3. Click Add New Member then provide the required information.
*If the email address you provided is not yet registered to myHome, the system will inform you that the e-mail address you are registering to be your member doesn’t have a myHome ID yet. It will be added to your member list but tagged as Pending Registration unless confirmed by the member.

There are two types of designation an Account Owner can assign to a member:

  • A Manager can add other members to your account and purchase PLDT content depending on the purchase limit and type of restriction assigned to them.
  • A User can purchase PLDT content depending on the purchase limit and type of restriction assigned to them.

You can assign only 1 Account Manager and multiple Product Users per PLDT Account.

A product owner can choose either of the following:

  • With Restriction - The account member will not be able to purchase content with adult themes and languages.
  • Without RestrictionThe account member will be able to purchase all types of content.
  • You can manage the spending of your account members by indicating a purchase limit.
  • The purchase limit must be less than or equal to your PLDT account’s credit limit. This will be refreshed every month.
  • Assigning a purchase limit of P0 will mean that your account member will only be able to purchase free PLDT content.
*If you did not assign a purchase limit it to your account member it means that your account member will have the same credit limit assigned to your account.

You may view your account credit limit by clicking on the Account Balance button on the sidebar menu.

The account owner shares the account credit limit and account member/s so their combined purchases cannot exceed the account credit limit even if they haven’t reached their individual purchase limits yet. For example, Owner A’s account credit limit is P3000 and he assigns a purchase limit of P2000 to each of his 2 account members, B and C. If Owner A already consumed P1000 and B consumed another P1500, C can only consume up to P500 only. They will have to wait for the credit limit to refresh on the next billing cycle.

This date indicates until when the user’s membership will be valid. The system shall remove all granted purchasing rights once the membership expires. But the myHome ID shall remain active.

Given that the PLDT Account hasn’t reached its account credit limit yet, you may still purchase content even if you have already reached your assigned purchase limit subject to the account owner’s approval.

  • You assign a purchase limit of P0 to this member and he/she is trying to purchase a paid content.
  • The member has already used up the maximum allowable purchase limit.
  • The member restricted to from purchasing content with adult themes and languages.
  • Contract of the member is already expired.

Yes, the account owner and manager may delete account members.

Yes, the account owner and manager will be able to edit the profiles of account members.

No, especially if the purchase has already been made.
