CREATING MYHOME ID ACCOUNT

Follow these easy steps to create a myHome ID!

LINKING OF PLDT HOME ACCOUNT

Visit my.pldthome.com and click Create a myHome ID.

Fill out all required information.

Open the email sent to your registered email address.

Click on the link to verify your account.

Click Continue to finish creating your myHome ID!

Link your PLDT Account to start managing your account online!

Enter your PLDT Account Number.

You will be asked to validate your identity to ensure the security of your myHome ID.

There are two ways to validate:

Via OTP (one-time PIN)

Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number

If that number is no longer active or updated, you may call 101012 then press 2 to update your mobile number. This should be done by the subscriber on record.

You myHome ID is now linked to your PLDT Account!

Via IVRS

If you can’t use your mobile phone, an instruction for IVRS validation will appear below the page.

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.

Using the PLDT Landline corresponding to the account number you are trying to link, call 101012, press 1 then key in the code.

Refresh the myHome page to check of the Account linking is successful.
