Healthcare from the comfort of home
The mWell app is an all-in-one healthcare system solution that empowers you to live a healthier lifestyle by taking control of your health and wellness. It has different programs customized to your needs, from 24/7 online consultations with doctors and access to mental health experts to workout videos, meal plans, and more.
While mWell is a free app, some of its features–like the 24/7 online consultations–require payment. But with the PLDT Home Health Pass, you can avail of this feature for free! Here are some of the perks you can get with your subscription.
One free online consultation
Once you redeem your PLDT Home Health Pass, you or anyone in your household will be entitled to Consult Now, a free 24/7 online consultation with a general practitioner. This includes access to an e-prescription, e-medical certificate, and e-laboratory request.
One free ambulance ride
In the event of an emergency, you can request ambulance service (Emergency Quick Response Program) from Lifeline 16-911 within Metro Manila and adjacent provinces such asAntipolo, Taytay, and Cainta in Rizal; San Pedro, Laguna; Bacoor, Cavite; and Meycauayan, Obando, and San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan. This comes with free use of medical supplies and equipment and full endorsement to the receiving hospital (except for COVID cases, special case transfers, and home care).
Access to fitness and nutrition programs
With the mWell app, you can achieve your health and fitness goals with its array of features. Get daily workout videos, workout and meal plans, mindset lessons, and even individual recipes with nutritional information!
Track your wellness score
The mWell app has a daily healthiness metric called the mWellness score based on your physical activities and sleep. It’s designed to reduce health risks and help you feel better and achieve good health!
How to redeem the PLDT Home Health Pass
The PLDT Home Health Pass is available to all new and existing PLDT Home Fiber subscribers with plans 1699 and above. Eligible subscribers will receive an SMS and email from PLDT Home informing them they can get the PLDT Home Health Pass. If they reply ‘Yes’ via SMS or click the link within the email, it will prompt another SMS/email to be sent to the subscriber with the voucher code, which they can redeem within 7 days.
To activate your PLDT Home Health Pass, just go to the mWell app and click the PLDT Home banner, input your voucher code, and claim your Consult Now and Lifeline 16-911 Emergency Quick Response Pass.
