These queens are about to start their engines for the first-ever Drag Race in the Philippines!
Twelve queens from all over the Philippines will vie for the crown in the local adaptation of RuPaul’s Drag Race, the Emmy-award-winning reality TV series. Drag Race Philippines will be available on Wow Presents Plus and HBO Go, which you can enjoy with your PLDT Home broadband.
Here are the queens competing against each other at Drag Race Philippines:
Brigiding
A prominent name in the local drag scene, Brigiding is known for her flashy looks and show-stopping performances. She is also a regular fixture on Pride and drag events both in the Philippines and abroad.
Corazon
A true-blue pageant queen, Corazon has competed in several provincial Miss Gay events, male bikini contests, and talent shows. She is also an established makeup artist and designer who creates looks for fellow drag queens and even beauty queens.
Eva Le Queen
Eva Le Queen is a resident queen at Nectar Nightclub and is one of the founders of Drag Playhouse PH. Prior to pursuing drag full-time, she resided in Singapore for eight years where she worked her corporate job during the day and performed as a drag queen at night.
Gigi Era
Gigi Era worked the drag scene in Melbourne, earning her the title of “Diva Down Under.” She is well-known in the Australian drag scene for her fabulous wigs and death-defying stunts onstage.
Lady Morgana
Lady Morgana is a proud Davaoena with 15 years of drag experience under her belt. She is known for both her hosting and comedic skills, always wowing her audiences with her warm heart and quick wit.
Marina Summers
Marina Summers hails from Nueva Vizcaya and worked in Manila as a content creator for a major film studios of the Philippines. She began performing as a drag queen in 2019 and has a Spotify track under her name. Marina is also a regular performer at Nectar and also co-founded the Drag Playhouse along with Eva Le Queen.
Minty Fresh
Minty Fresh is a multitalented queen that serves killer looks all day, every day. She is a staunch supporter of LGBTIA+ rights and regularly performs in Nectar. Minty was even featured on Ariana Grande’s Instagram stories when she lip-synced in front of hundreds of thousands of people at a political sortie in Manila!
Precious Paula Nicole
Precious Paula Nicole is a well-known name in the Philippine drag scene, having been a drag performer for 11 years. She is a Star Performer at O Bar and is well known for her impersonations of Beyonce, Mariah Carey, and Regine Velasquez.
Prince
Prince is well-known in drag circles for her out-of-this-world makeup transformations, heavily influenced by sci-fi and anime visuals. She also serves as one of the co-founders of Drag Playhouse PH and has her own line of makeup and merchandise.
Turing
Turing is a familiar face in the local drag scene, having been in the business for over seven years. A mainstay at the O Bar, she is a talented dancer and lip-syncer, and outspoken in her advocacy for body positivity.
Viñas DeLuxe
Viñas DeLuxe has a background in theater that enabled her to sharpen her performance skills, sharp wit, and knack for comedy. She also owns a wig business and is part of the drag group “The Divine Divas,” which gained immense popularity over the pandemic.
Xilhouete
Xilhouete serves as the Creative Director and one of the owners of Nectar Nightclub, making her a respected name among Manila’s drag queens. She is also considered a drag mother to many younger queens, helping pave the way for the next generation.
