The Tale of Nokdu (2019)

The Tale of Nokdu was one of the first dramas in which Hwang In-youp appeared. It is a historical romance drama about a man who disguises himself as a woman in order to solve a mystery about his past by living among a community of women. It stars Jang Dong-yoon (Jeon Nok-du), Kim So-hyun (Dong Dong-joo), and Kang Tae-oh (Cha Yool-moo).
In the drama, In-youp plays Park Dan-ho, Cha Yool-moo's escort warrior with an excellent sword skill. He is a skilled swordsman who is fiercely loyal to Yool-moo, willing to lay down his life to protect him.

18 Again (2020)

Hwang In-yeop also appeared as one of the supporting roles in 18 Again– a drama about a 37-year-old man on the verge of being divorced from his wife who suddenly finds himself inside his 18-year-old body.
In-yeop plays the role of the basketball captain, who was also known as a school bully. He goes to the same school as the main leads Hong Dae-young (Yoon Sang-hyun and Lee Do-hyun) and Jung Da-jung (Kim Ha-neul)’s children, Hong Shi-ah (Roh Jeong-eui) and Hong Shi-woo (Ryeoun).

True Beauty (2020)

Even though he's already in his early 30s, he can still nail the role of a high schooler! The globally loved series True Beauty saw In-youp as Han Seojun, a high school student who posed a tough exterior but was actually kind and soft-hearted.
