Elizabeth Olsen stars in this HBO Original miniseries based on the true story of Candy Montgomery, a housewife who murdered her friend Betty Gore in the 1980s.  The show was inspired by the book Evidence of Love: A True Story of Passion and Death in the Suburbs, and written and executive-produced by Emmy-award-winning writer David E. Kelley. In an interview with Elle magazine, Kelley explained why the series caught his attention. “The characters were complex and human. It’s not often you find a nostalgic, warm community that ends with an axe murder.”

Don’t miss out on Love and Death, premiering only on HBO Go starting April 27.
