Drag Race Philippines is coming to our screens very soon, and we are here for it! The first season, which debuted in mid-2022, introduced us to the localized franchise of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Out of 12 contestants, Precious Paula Nicole reigned supreme as the first Filipina drag superstar, while Lady Morgana was awarded Miss Congeniality.

This upcoming batch of drag artists includes a variety of queens from all over the Philippines–and even a drag daughter of a Season One contestant!
Without further ado, here are the queens vying for the crown in Season 2 of Drag Race Philippines, streaming this August on HBO Go and powered by the Philippines’ undisputed fastest Internet–PLDT Home!
Arizona Brandy
A self-proclaimed Adele impersonator, Arizona Brandy is a regular performer at Rapture Bar in Cubao and is a drag mom to the Rapture Royalties. She effortlessly combines her pedestrian-chic style and raucous humor onstage, making her an audience favorite.
Astrid Mercury
Astrid Mercury is a true-blue look queen, donning outfits that range from “pretty” to “jaw-dropping stunning.” What’s more, she was a former cheerleader and stunt queen, showing us all that she’s got the moves! This hardworking queen is a call center agent by day and a drag performer at night, as a regular at Nectar, Chelu, and Club Level.
Bernie
Bernie is one of the established names in the Philippine drag scene, with over 16 years of experience under her belt. As a transgender woman, she has also paved the way for acceptance and inclusivity within the community. Bernie is a regular performer at O-Bar, where she has captivated audiences night after night.
Captivating Katkat
Captivating KatKat wowed audiences around the world with her viral rendition of “Let It Go”--and has even acted on local TV! She is a regular performer at One 690 Entertainment Bar, where she continues to captivate fans with her stellar shows.
DeeDee Marié Holliday
DeeDee Marié Holliday isn’t just a noteworthy figure in the local drag scene–she is also an advocate for AIDS awareness and LGBTQIA+ rights in the Philippines. After a brief hiatus in the drag world brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, DeeDee Marié Holliday flew back to the Philippines to rekindle her love and passion for the art of drag.
Hana Beshie
Hana Beshie is both an architect and a drag artist, effortlessly combining creativity and hard work in both professions. She also advocates for queer visibility in Cagayan de Oro, along with her sisters from the Haus LaFeya and G-Spot, an LGBTQIA+ events-managing team.
M1ss Jade So
A self-proclaimed “power top na bratzy,” M1ss Jade So commands presence thanks to her striking looks and impeccable style. She fully embraces her identity as a transgender woman, utilizing her strength to inspire and unite the community.
Matilduh
This Ilocana queen proudly calls herself a “multimedia drag superstar,” making her mark on digital media and even print platforms. Matilduh works both as a florist and an events designer, channeling her creativity into her drag artistry for vividly colorful and campy looks.
Nicole Pardaux
Proudly representing Cebu City, Nicole Pardaux is out to show that Cebuana drag queens are more than just feisty and fearless. “The Face of Cebu Drag” delved into the art of drag during the COVID-19 pandemic, wowing audiences with her dancing skills and creativity.
ØV C--T
ØV C--T is one of the four queens that spearhead Drag Playhouse PH, along with Drag Race Philippines alums Eva Le Queen, Marina Summers, and Prince. Daring to be different, ØV C--T delved into the darker and edgier realms of drag, unafraid to showcase her unique flair and dramatic style!
Tiny Deluxe
Tiny Deluxe may be a newcomer in the Philippine drag scene, but her skill and artistry go beyond her experience. She is also the drag daughter of Viñas Deluxe, one of the contestants from Drag Race Philippines Season One. With her vocal prowess, humor, and fashion sense, she proves to all of us that big things can come in tiny packages.
Veruschka Levels
Veruschka Levels was once a photographer and make-up artist and has lent her talents to Rita Ora, Nicky Hilton, and Gretchen Barretto. After making her mark in the Hong Kong drag scene, Veruschka is back in the Philippines to serve audiences with her one-of-a-kind artistry.
