Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to new subscribers of select PLDT Home Fiber plans nationwide.
2. All applications are subject to PLDT Home's standard credit screening and facility check.
3. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash, and eligible subscribers may only win once during the raffle draw. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner will only get the prize of higher value.
4. Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
5. Participants have up to 60 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this.
6. By participating in the promo, the customer understands that:
   • By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to hold PLDT Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
   • They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.

7. All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
8. Prize must be claimed within 90 days from receipt of the notice. Otherwise, it will be forfeited, with prior approval from DTI.

CASH PRIZE WINNERS

1. The 20% final tax imposed on cash prizes above P10,000 will be shouldered by PLDT.
2. Winners shall be requested to provide their personal information for the check pick-up process.

CAR WINNER

1. The winner of the free car will be accompanied by a PLDT representative to claim their prize at the nearest Toyota dealership, subject to the following provisions:
   • The winner will be notified of the scheduled date for prize claiming
   • The winner must present two (2) valid IDs and sign an Acknowledgment Receipt
   • A photo opportunity may be arranged at the dealership with the winner's consent.
2. Registration cost and any other fees associated with acquiring a vehicle will be covered by PLDT.

FREE BROADBAND FOR ONE (1) YEAR

1. The prize will be automatically applied to the winners' billing statements starting September 2025.
2. Regular MSF will be charged to their accounts once the prize validity has expired.

FREE BROADBAND FOR LIFE WINNERS

1. The prize will be automatically applied to the winner's billing statement starting September 2025.
2. 'Free Broadband for Life' means the winner will be entitled to waived MSF during his/her actual lifespan. To continuously enjoy this benefit, the winner shall be required to visit any PLDT Sales & Service Center every January and present at least two valid government IDs with a photo. If the winner cannot personally appear at the store, a representative may be appointed by submitting a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney together with the valid government IDs of both the winner and the representative, and the proof that the winner is still alive, through a photograph holding the most recent and dated newspaper of general circulation. Failure to comply shall result to automatic charging of MSF in the succeeding months.
3. If a winner relocates to a new residence within the prize's validity period, the line may also be transferred, and the prize will still be applicable, but subject to PLDT Home's approval and standard facility check. Documentary requirements such as valid IDs and a one-time relocation fee will also be required. If no fiber port is available when the request was made, then the prize will cease to be valid.
4. Likewise, the prize will also be terminated if the winner requests a plan downgrade. No plan modification shall be made within the prize validity.
5. Add-on requests made by the winner shall be charged to his/her account and will be billed accordingly. The standard collection process will also apply in case of late payments. Failure to pay the add-on amount past the due date shall result in temporary line disconnection. In case of permanent account disconnection due to non-settlement of the outstanding balance within the standard time frame, the prize will automatically be forfeited. As such, the prize will no longer be valid even if the account gets reactivated in the future.
6. The winner can opt to terminate the line anytime. No pre-termination and modem fee will be required even if the request was made within the plan's lock-up period.
7. PLDT Home reserves the right to modify and upgrade the plan components of the winning subscriber to improve the subscription experience and product quality.
