What is PLDT Home’s O.M.G. Raffle Promo II?
This is an exclusive promo for new PLDT Home Fiber customers who will successfully apply from from August 1 to October 31, 2024. Eligible new subscribers shall be entitled to a raffle entry for a chance to win cash prizes or free internet for 1 year. This is the 2nd run of the promo.
How many subscribers will win?
Same with the 1st promo run, total of 61 winners will be drawn.
Where and how can I avail of the promo?
Customers can avail of the promo by applying for a Home Fiber plan in PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, PLDT-Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, authorized agents, authorized key account partners, and via the pldthome.com website.
How do I qualify for the raffle?
The promo is applicable to those who applied for any Fiber Unli plan within the promo period.
If I applied within the promo period but my plan was activated after the promo period, am I still qualified?
No. Only successfully installed and activated applications (in FTTH areas) within the promo period will be included in the promo.
I applied during the promo period but due to delays in PLDT, my service was installed beyond the promo period. Can i still qualify?
The PLDT Home line must be installed and active within the promo period to qualify for the raffle.
How will I know that I’ve won the promo?
Should you be one of the winners, you will receive a call and an SMS from PLDT Home and your name will be posted at the PLDT Home Facebook page via an art card.

The winners will be announced through the following platforms on November 6, 2024:
- Call out and SMS from PLDT Home via AIA / Campaign Analytics Team
- Facebook Page via an art card in PLDT Home Facebook Page
Winners may also be invited for a face-to-face meeting with PLDT Home representatives as part of the promo fulfillment process, documentation and marketing material production.
Do I need to pay any taxes upon receiving the cash prize?
No. The 20% final tax imposed on cash prizes above P10,000 will be shouldered by PLDT.
Until when can I claim my prize?
Prize must be claimed within 90 days from receipt of the notice. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of PLDT Home, with prior approval from DTI.
Where can I claim my prize?
Winners of cash prizes may claim the check in the following areas:
- Metro Manila winners – PLDT & Smart store in Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue
- Luzon and Vismin winners – nearest PLDT & Smart stores from their area of residence

When will the prize take effect?
The prize will be automatically applied on the winners’ billing statements starting September 2024. Regular MSF will be charged to their accounts once prize validity has expired.
What will happen if a winner relocates to a new residence within the prize’s validity period?
The line may also be transferred and the prize will still be applicable but subject to PLDT Home’s approval and standard facility check. Documentary requirements such as valid IDs and a one-time relocation fee will also be required. If no fiber port is available when the request was made, then the prize will cease to be valid.
Can a winning subscriber request for a plan downgrade?
The prize will be terminated if the winner requests for a plan downgrade.
Can a winning subscriber request for a plan upgrade?
Upgrade requests are allowed but the customer will be required to pay the MSF difference between the new and the original plan within the prize validity period. For example, if a Plan 1699 winner wishes to upgrade to Plan 2099, he/she must pay the difference of P400 every month (until the 12th month). In case of late payments, standard collection process will apply. Non-payment of the additional amount shall result to prize forfeiture and eventual line disconnection.
Can a winning subscriber request for add-on products & services?
Add-on requests made by the winner shall be charged to his/her account and will be billed accordingly. Standard collection process will also apply in case of late payments. Failure to pay the add-on amount past the due date shall result to temporary line disconnection. In case of permanent account disconnection due to non-settlement of the outstanding balance within the standard time frame, prize will automatically be forfeited. As such, prize will no longer be valid even if the account gets re-activated in the future.
Can a winning subscriber request for line termination within the prize’s validity?
The winner can opt to terminate the line but the value of the remaining months cannot be converted into cash. Standard pre-termination and modem fee will also apply.
Will the plan components remain the same throughout the prize validity period?
PLDT Home reserves the right to modify and upgrade the plan components of the winning subscriber to improve subscription experience and product quality.
