All new residential subscribers of voice service with data are now automatically enrolled in Paperless Billing. This initiative supports the worldwide environmental conservation thrust to minimize paper-based transactions in line with the E-Commerce Law under RA 8792.

However, customers who prefer traditional paper bill instead of the electronic bill shall be provided free of charge.

If you are a landline only subscriber, you are exempted from the automatic enrollment to paperless billing and you will receive a printed copy of your monthly bill at no additional cost.

Steps on Enrolling to Paperless Billing

Sign-up/Log-in using your myHome account.

Select "Manage" of chosen linked account.

Select Enroll to Paperless Billing.

Review the Terms and Conditions and tick "Enroll my account to Paperless Billing".

Choose or email nominate an email address where you want to retrieve your billing statement.

An email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm your enrollment to this service.

What is Paperless Billing?

Paperless billing is the paper-free, environment-friendly way to receive and view your bill. This enables you to check conveniently your current and previous bills up to the last 12 months anytime, anywhere and on any internet capable device.

What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is the electronic version of your monthly billing statement directly sent to your registered email address. Instead of printed bills, you will receive your monthly bill summary with the secured link to access your eStatement. It will be in PDF form which you can download so make sure your device has a PDF viewer.

What are the benefits of Paperless Billing?

Aside from the convenience of being able to check and track your bills online, Paperless Billing allows you to contribute in making our world a better and greener place. It helps reduce paper waste and saves beautiful trees from being cut down.

How do I enroll account in Paperless Billing?

You can enroll your account in Paperless Billing by managing your bill delivery option in your myHome account at https://my.pldthome.com

*Effective July 8, 2017, new residential subscribers may call our Customer Care Hotline 171 or visit any of our Sales and Service Centers if they wish to enroll to Paperless Billing.

When can I expect to receive my eStatement?

With paperless billing, you can now view your eStatement 3-5 days after your bill statement date.

Where can I view my eStatement?

Here are ways to view your eStatement/bill summary:

  • Via myHome account

    Your current bill and your billing statements in the last 12 months can be viewed in your myHome account at https://my.pldthome.com

  • Via Email Notification

    An email notification with your bill summary will be sent to you every month to your registered email address. In order to view the complete details of your bill, just select "View Billing Statements" tab found on the email notification and type in your password.

  • Via SMS Notification

    As soon as your bill is available online, an SMS notification containing your bill summary will also be sent to you.

    It is important that you keep your contact information with us updated so you won't miss your bill notifications and updates. You may have these updated through any of the following:

  • Via the askPLDT app

    Download our free self-care app in your Smart phone and view your bill summary using your account number and telephone number.

I want to receive paper bills delivered by courier; can I switch to printed billing?

You can update your bill delivery option to paper bill at no additional cost through your myHome account at https://my.pldthome.com , through our customer care hotline 171 or visit any of our Sales and Service Centers.

However, we encourage you to get engaged in paperless billing to support the worldwide cause to a greener future.

I have not received any email regarding my bill.

Here are some helpful tips to ensure that you’ll be receiving your monthly eStatements.

  • Your email address should be valid
  • Your mailbox should not be full
  • Add customercare@pldt.com.ph to your address book so our email will not be tagged as spam.
  • Disable your email’s auto-junk settings
