Terms and Conditions

• I fully and clearly understand that PLDT shall facilitate the selling of the Smart pre-paid load on its website and act as the collecting agent of Smart for the billing and payment for the pre-paid load purchased.
• I fully and clearly understand that Smart is the merchant of the pre-paid load as its value-added service and the provider of airtime to the subscriber.
• I agree to the terms and conditions of the Smart pre-paid load service by clicking the Smart link herein.
• Should I opt to avail of the pasa load service, I bind myself to be charged by PLDT and to pay, in addition to my PLDT HOME subscription fee, the following which shall be indicated on my PLDT bill:
  • The amount of the pre-paid load purchased from Smart
  • Service fee of P1.00 per transaction
• I agree that the nominated number inputted in my account is conclusive that the information I provided is correct. PLDT or Smart shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the erroneous or incorrect information provided by the subscriber.
• This PASALOAD service is available to PLDT subscribers, subject to PLDT’s credit policies.
