Q: NON-VOLLEYBALL-RELATED HOBBIES: Reading, watching movies and traveling when I can.
Q: WHY THOSE HOBBIES?: Well for now, reading and watching movies are really
only what my time can afford. After long hours of school and training,
I enjoy chilling at home with good food and a great book or movie. That
way, I'm just at home with my family or with some friends. But when
I have the time, I’ll definitely go on more adventures like hiking
or water sports, where I also get really challenged.
Q: ISABEL OUTSIDE THE VOLLEYBALL COURT: I'd like to think of myself as a well balanced person
in a sense that I'm a good daughter, a good student and a solid friend
all at the same time despite volleyball taking up so much of my time.
Haha! But I definitely like surrounding myself with people, enjoying
a great meal and a good conversation.
Q: ABOUT THE BARKADA: My barkada has a good mix of personalities so it's
always fun when we're together. We talk about the most serious things
(at least for our age) but also the weirdest and most random things
you can think of. They would always know how to make me laugh or how
to be around me depending on my mood, and of course, same goes for everyone.
Q: FAVORITE BARKADA MOMENTS: We do whatever we can under the sun. As long as we're
together, we just figure it out. Most of the time though, we’re
happy just chilling in someone's house, eating and catching up.
Q: HOW DOES THE INTERNET HELP CONNECT WITH FRIENDS?: Definitely through like the groups and apps that social
media now offers. It makes everyone so easy to reach no matter what
they're doing or how far they are
Q: HOW DO YOU CONNECT ULTRA-FAST INTERNET AND
ULTRA-FUN BONDING WITH ON-COURT PERFORMANCE? Well I guess on court you literally have to be fast.
And within a team, no matter how good you are as individuals, you definitely
won't go as far without a solid bond with your teammates.
