• Connect to PLDT Home WiFi then go to https://192.168.1.1
• You may encounter a warning page before you can access the device dashboard login page. Just click the “Advanced” (for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox users), “Show details” (for Safari users) button then click the link that will be prompted to be redirected to the device login page
• Log-in using the default username and password which can be found at the back or bottom of the device: pldthome
• Username and password are case sensitive

During your initial log-in, you will be prompted to change the Admin/Login and WiFi passwords for additional security. After changing the passwords, you will need to reconnect to the WiFi using the new WiFI password to continue to enjoy the service.

Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters and must include a combination of three of the following: number, upper case letters, lower case letters, and special characters.
