You can avail your Prepaid Fiber data-pack through your myHome account with an option to pay via credit/debit or scan the QR code for other payment modes such as your Maya account or GCash account during check-out.

Where can I track my Prepaid load and usages?

No available usage monitoring as the Prepaid Fiber service offers UNLIMITED data, but we have a purchase history and validity visible in your myHome account.

Can I top up multiple loads?

Yes, but this will only extend the validity of your load since the speeds are the same across all plans. Please keep in mind that you Prepaid Fiber service is required a purchase activity every 60 days, and the purchase activity will determine the validity of your account.

Do you have a maximum allowed top-ups per day?

None.

The only data pack availment channel as of the moment is your myHome account, but we’re working on expanding the channels to all PLDT stores nationwide and online channels like Maya and GCash in the near future.
