Promo Mechanics

1. PLDT Home Shopee Voucher Promo will run from November 15 to December 15, 2024.
2. All eligible new customers will receive a Shopee voucher code worth P500 upon activation of their PLDT Home accounts. The codes will be sent to their registered mobile numbers via SMS on December 16, 2024 and shall be valid until January 31, 2025.
3. This promo is applicable to those who applied for any of the following plans, got approved and installed within the promo period.

4. Customers can avail of the promo by applying via the pldthome.com website or any PLDT retail store nationwide.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to new applicants of select PLDT Home Fiber plans.
2. All applications are subject to PLDT Home's standard credit screening and facility check.
3. Participants have up to 30 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
4. By participating in the promo, the customer understands that:
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold PLDT Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
   • They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.
5. Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
6. All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
