RAFFLE MECHANICS

  1. All eligible subscribers will automatically earn an entry for a chance to win up to P100,000 worth of shopping spree in SM.
  2. Seven (7) winners will be selected in this promo, nationwide.

    Awarded prizes must be consumed within one (1) hour during the shopping spree event.

  3. The selection of winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be drawn online in the presence of PLDT and DTI representatives. The raffle draw will be on May 10, 2024, 11:00AM, via Microsoft Teams.
  4. The selection of winners per area will be based on the winner’s registered address with PLDT.
  5. Subscribers may only win once.
  6. Employees of PLDT, its advertising agency, promo partners, and relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the raffle promo.

ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS, AND AWARDING OF PRIZES

  1. Notification of winners and awarding of prizes will be identified through their PLDT account subscription.
  2. The winners will be notified through SMS, call-out, and registered mail.
  3. The list of winners will also be published on PLDT Home’s website at pldthome.com/promowinners.
  4. The winners will receive the SM vouchers within 60 days upon draw.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The winners will receive their prizes in the form of an SM Gift Certificate.
  2. The SM Gift Certificate will have no expiry date of use.
  3. The Gift Certificate can be redeemed in all SM Store affiliates (SM Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Uniqlo, Bata, Savemore Market, Under Armour, Forever21, Waltermart, Levi’s Surplus, Brownies, Watsons, Our Home, Ace Hardware, Crate & Barrel, The Body Shop, Innisfree, Miniso, Pet Express, Kultura, Sports Central, Baby Company, Crocs, Pico Sands Hotel, Conrad Manila, Taal Vista, Toy Kingdom, Park In Radisson Hotel, and Radisson Blue Hotel.
  4. 20% tax shall be shouldered by PLDT on prizes exceeding P10,000.
  5. Prizes cannot be convertible to cash.

Terms and Conditions

PLDT Home Subscribers

  1. Open to select PLDT Home Fiber subscribers--depending on the product classification only; with a minimum tenure of three [3] months and good credit standing (subject to standard PLDT credit policy).
  2. See below for the lock-in rules:
    • There is no refresh lock-in period for subscribers upgrading from Fiber Unli to another Fiber Unli plan
    • For subscribers upgrading to Fiber Plus plans and receiving additional Mesh device/s (ex. Fiber Unli to any Fiber Plus plan; Fiber Unli 1699 to Fiber Plus 1899 with two [2] Mesh inclusions, the contract will be subject to a refresh lock-in of 36 months)
    • For subscribers upgrading from a Fiber Plus plan to another Fiber Plus plan (ex. Fiber Plus 2399 to Fiber Plus 2999; with three [3] Mesh inclusion, an additional 12 months will be added to the current contract
  3. For subscribers availing of a device add-on (Mesh or Cignal), there will be a lock-in period for the device for 12, 24, or 36 months, depending on the subscriber’s preferred installment payment terms.

PLDT Home Biz Subscribers:

  1. Open to select PLDT Home Biz subscribers only; with a minimum tenure of three [3] months and good credit standing (subject to standard PLDT credit policy).
