What is the SLA for the upgrade when I avail?

Speed Add-On 500 will be activated for qualified subscribers within 24-48 hrs upon validation.

Will I still get up to 1 Gbps speed if multiple devices are connected at once?

The speed will be distributed among connected devices, so it may vary depending on the number of users or devices at home. To get the best experience, consider adding a WiFi Mesh for improved coverage, or connect your device directly to the modem’s LAN port. Average speed is 800Mbps, with a minimum of 300Mbps, and 80% reliability.
