Delivery of your printed bills may be delayed due to the enhanced community quarantine imposed by the government. You may view, download or print your bill by creating an account and logging in my.pldthome.com or through the myPLDT Smart app which can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple App Store.

Your electronic PLDT Home bill will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number starting May 2020.
Due to a migration program in our payments system, we have temporarily suspended acceptance of payments made through Citi One Bill or the auto-charge payment facility with your Citi credit card effective July 2020.
You may continue to pay your PLDT bills using your Citibank credit card account through Citibank Online or the Citi Mobile App.
