PLDT Home Biz is the new name for KaAsenso, brand under PLDT Home which primarily targets home-based micro businesses who needs fixed internet service to serve both their business and personal home internet needs.

Eligible customers will need to submit the following on their application:

• Business Name
• Nature of business
• TIN
• Ownership is required
• Years in operation
• Number of employees
• Position
• Installation address
• Complete Business Address
• Valid ID

Documentary Requirements for New Home Biz Customers:

• Fully accomplished CIS
• Signed Subscription Certificate
• Proof of Identification (POID) of the business owner
• Any one (1) of the following Proof of Business (POB) documents
  • DTI/ SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Business/Mayor’s Permit (for the current year)
  • BIR Permit
  • Barangay Certificate

For Small Corporations:

• POID of the authorized signatory as the applicant
• Corporate Secretary Certificate stating the applicant as the authorized signatory for the company

Documentary Requirements for Existing Home Biz Subscribers

• POID of the Business Owner
• Signed Sub Cert
• CAF

Documentary Requirements for Existing PLDT Enterprise Accounts

• Fully accomplished Home Biz Application Form
• Proof of identity (POID) of the business owner
• Any one (1) of the following Proof of Business (POB) documents
  • DTI/ SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Business/Mayor’s Permit (for the current year)
  • BIR Permit
  • Barangay Certificate

For Small Corporations:

• POID of the authorized signatory as the applicant
• Corporate Secretary Certificate stating the applicant as the authorized signatory for the company

For downgrading your PLDT Home Biz Asenso Fiber Plan, there will be a standard downgrade fee of P500.

* Failure of subscriber to surrender all PLDT Home Biz Asenso plan bundled devices (e.g. modem, the set-up box (STB), WiFi mesh system, etc.) at any PLDT Sales and Services Center (SSC) upon disconnection order shall result in the payment of applicable charges for the devices not surrendered.
