It is a prepaid service that means there is no lock-in or monthly billing. It is plug and play so there is no installation needed.
How can I avail of PLDT Home WiFi 5G+
PLDT Home WiFi 5G+ comes with a 5G SIM and device that connects to both the 5G and 4G network of Smart.

How can I activate the service?
You must register your SIM in order to activate the service and enjoy unlimited WiFi for 15 days by visiting smart.com.ph/simreg.
Republic Act 11934 mandates all SIM users, both existing and new, to register their SIMs.
Get the PLDT Home WiFi number from the sticker at the back or bottom of the device. You must get the One-Time Passcode (OTP) from the device dashboard by visiting https://192/168.1.1 and may view instructions from pldthome.com/homewifi/viewbroadbandsms.
Can I use other SIMs with PLDT Home WiFi 5G+?
When you buy your PLDT Home WiFi 5G+ it already comes with a Smart Bro Home WiFi SIM inside the device. You cannot access the internet if you use your SIM on another device. Please note that tampering with the SIM slot will void the service warranty.
How can I enjoy the best 5G service?
It is recommended that you check the Smart 5G signal in your area by taking a speed test in the location where you will be using PLDT Home WiFi 5G+.
If your area is not covered by Smart 5G, you may check Smart LTE signal in the area and have the option to buy PLDT Home WiFi LTE Advanced.
Place the device near the window to get the best signal.
Can I use PLDT Home WiFi 5G+ in another location?
It is recommended that you use the service in your area of residence.
What prepaid load can I avail and how can I buy?
You may choose from any of the loads depending on your preference, usage and budget:
