What is Unli Fam Call?

The Unli Fam Call service allows subscribers to enjoy unlimited calls from your landline to five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers.

Can I change the nominated numbers?

Yes. Changing of nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers will only be allowed 30 days after the date of nomination.

How can I change my nominated number?

You may change the nominated number through your myHome account.

Log in to my.pldthome.com
Select your PLDT account
Click Packages and Subscriptions
Look for Unli FamCall then click Go
Select Add New Number to nominate a new number or Change if you want to change your nominated number
Click Save
A confirmation pop up window will appear. Just click Save and you’re done!

Why am I hearing a beep sound when I dial a mobile number?

You will hear a beep before the call is connected to inform you that the number you are calling from your PLDT Landline has ported out from Smart or TNT to Globe, Dito, or other networks.

Calls made from your PLDT Landline to a mobile number that has ported out from Smart or TNT to Globe, Dito, or other networks may have applicable charges.
