Yes, downgrading your current plan comes with applicable fees and conditions: For regular plan downgrade (non-Cignal): Downgrade Fee: ₱500.00 (one-time payment), applicable whether your account is within or outside the lock-in period. Lock-in Period: Your contract will reset to a new 36-month lock-in period. For Cignal plan downgrade: A one-time fee of ₱1,500, or ₱500/month for 3 months
