I want to downgrade my Fiber plan.

To request a downgrade, send us a message through PLDT Cares Messenger. You will be required to submit, via documents@pldt.com.ph, one government-issued valid ID if you are the customer of record, or a letter of authorization and one valid ID for both parties if done through a representative.

Is there a fee for downgrade of plan?

Yes, downgrading your current plan comes with applicable fees and conditions:

For regular plan downgrade (non-Cignal):
Downgrade Fee: ₱500.00 (one-time payment), applicable whether your account is within or outside the lock-in period.
Lock-in Period: Your contract will reset to a new 36-month lock-in period.

For Cignal plan downgrade:
A one-time fee of ₱1,500, or ₱500/month for 3 months

How long is the processing time for downgrade?

Your downgrade request will be processed within 24 - 48 hours upon service order issuance

Will my existing lock in period continue after the downgrade?

No. Your lock-in period will be refreshed to 36 months after the completion of your downgrade request.
