The service fee for transfer of line is Php1100.00 (vat inclusive)

How long is the processing of transfer of line

The transfer of line will take five (5) calendar days once the service order is issued

Where can I request for transfer of line?

To request for transfer of line, you may login to your myHome account or log in to myPLDT Smart app.

I just recently activated my line and within the lock-in period, will it continue my contract?

Your lock-in period will be refreshed to 24 months upon transfer.
