| 1 | The Toy Kingdom GC Raffle will run from October 15 to December 15, 2016. |
| 2 | All PLDT Home DSL and PLDT Home Telpad subscribers who avail of the Kiddie Smart Watch, via in-store or online applications, are eligible to join. The Kiddie Smart Watch requires a P199/month top-up to their existing PLDT plans. |
| 3 | PLDT will collate a list of all Kiddie Smart Watch subscribers from the PLDT Home DSL and PLDT Home Telpad database, covered by 2 periods:
- Period 1: 12mn of October 15 to 11:59pm of November 14, 2016
- Period 2: 12mn of November 15 to 11:59pm of December 14, 2016

| 4 | Two raffle draws will be undertaken at the PLDT office located at the Ramon Cojuanco Building, Ayala corner Makati Avenue, Makati City, duly supervised by a DTI representative. 5 winners of P5,000 Toy Kingdom GCs will be drawn per raffle draw date, for a total of 10 winners for the entire promo duration. Subscribers can only win once during the entire promo period.
All winners will be contacted via call-outs and registered mail, the details of which to be derived from the subscriber database.
Draw dates are as follows
- Draw 1: November 15, 2016
- Draw 2: December 15, 2016

| 5 | To claim raffle prizes, the winner must bring one (1) valid ID with photo (government-issued IDs, company or school ID) for proper identification by a duly authorized representative from PLDT Marketing Division, to the 5th floor of the Ramon Cojuanco Building, Ayala corner Makati Avenue, Makati City, from Monday to Friday, between 10am-5pm only. |
| 6 | Redemption of prizes is within 60 days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes beyond 60 days shall be forfeited in favor of PLDT, with prior approval from DTI-NCR. If the winner is unable to claim his/her prize due to unreasonable distance or upon the written request of the winner, the prize will be delivered to the winner’s residence c/o PLDT. Written requests must be sent to the Marketing Division at the 5th floor of the Ramon Cojuanco Building, Ayala corner Makati Avenue, Makati City. |
| 7 | Prizes are not convertible to cash. |
| 8 | Employees of PLDT, DDB Manila, and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
