Login using your registered email address and password

Select linked account and click on Manage

Click Packages and Subscriptions and select UNLI FAM CALL

Click Add New Number and save
Add up to 5 SMART/ SUN/ TNT mobile numbers

Yes. Changing of nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers will only be allowed 30 days after the date of nomination.

You may change the nominated number through your myHome account.

Log in to my.pldthome.com
Select your PLDT account
Click Packages and Subscriptions
Look for Unli FamCall then click Go
Select Add New Number to nominate a new number or Change if you want to change your nominated number
Click Save

A confirmation pop up window will appear. Just click Save and you’re done!
