when you avail of any PLDT Home Postpaid products and services!

1. Subscribers who will upgrade to the following services from November 15 to December 15, 2018 shall get a chance to win four (4) tickets on Disney on Ice.

   Open to NEW and EXISTING Subscribers:

3. 25 lucky winners (of 4 lower box premium tickets each) shall be selected via raffle draw on December 17.

4. To qualify for the raffle, the customer’s subscription request must have been successfully processed on or before the promo period. Meaning, the customer’s upgraded service must have been posted already or complete document requirements for the upgrade must have been provided by the subscribers.

5. Claiming of Tickets:

   • Winners may claim their tickets on December 21 to December 30 at the MOA Arena SM Ticket booth located at the Coral Way Drive MOA Complex Pasay City. Winners must present two valid IDs.

   • Winners who fail to claim their tickets on the mentioned dates shall forfeit their prize.

1. PLDT Home subscribers are entitled to a 10% discount on tickets to this year’s Disney on Ice presents Mickey’s Super Celebration.

2. Promo period / redemption : December 1 to 14, 2018 via SM Tickets outlet.

3. 10% discount does not apply to online purchases (e.g. via smtickets.com)

4. To claim the promo offer, the following must be presented:

   • 2 valid IDs

   • Valid PLDT Home Bill - Statement date must be at least October 2018 (bills with the statement dated earlier than the mentioned month is not valid).

   *The name on the Valid ID must match the name on the PLDT bill. If the subscriber will be claiming the tickets thru an authorized representative, an original copy of a signed authorization letter must be provided along with the subscriber and the authorized representative’s valid IDs)

5. Maximum of (4) tickets can be availed by each subscriber

6. The promo offer shall apply to Upper Box and Lower Box Regular tickets only
