Young Dr. Tar and seven nurses have been plotting to sell dead bodies on the black market in a run-down suburban Bangkok hospital. However, Tahwaan, a nurse, has discovered that Dr. Tar, her boyfriend, has been having an affair with Nook, her sister. Tahwaan threatens to call the police after becoming dissatisfied with the body-selling con and enraged by her sister's and boyfriend's betrayal.
However, the doctor and six of the hospital's resident nurses strap Tahwaan to an operating table, kill her, and then wrap her in a garbage bag made of black plastic before Tahwaan can react. After that, they throw her in the doctor's car's trunk, where dry ice keeps her body until it can be sold. However, the Tahwaan spirit returns and begins to haunt them, and they all die gruesomely.
