The Dark Knight

Christopher Nolan’s take on Batman combines gangster elements and hi-tech gadgets known for the mythos. In this movie, Batman (Christian Bale) teams up with Gotham’s new district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), and Captain Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) as he races against time to stop his arch-rival, The Joker (Heath Ledger). Though the third film gave an explosive ending, this is arguably the most memorable entry in the Nolan trilogy. Stream The Dark Knight exclusively on HBO Go, powered by PLDT Home.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns

This two-part special follows an aging Bruce Wayne confronting the ghosts of his past.
Part 1 explores a crime-ridden, post-Batman Gotham after the superhero retires for good. Gotham’s dark knight dons his cape one last time to put gangs in their place and restore peace and confidence in the city.
In Part 2, Batman’s last-ditch cleaning efforts in Gotham put the US government to shame. The US government then sends their champion—an aging but godlike Superman—to deal with the bat. To hold his own against the Kryptonian, Batman relies on wits, tech, and friends. The film climaxes with an epic clash of titans between two of comics’ biggest heroes. Watch The Dark Knight Returns exclusively on HBO Go with PLDT Home.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold

This animated series, which you can enjoy with your kids, pairs up Batman and another DC hero as they fight crime together, foil a supervillain, or both. Throughout Batman: The Brave and the Bold, you’ll get to see the Caped Crusader joined by Green Arrow, Plastic Man, and even The Joker! Join Batman on his adventures in The Brave and the Bold, only on HBO Go with PLDT Home.
The Batman

Released earlier this year, The Batman is the first entry in the franchise to feature an unglorified Bruce Wayne. Director Matt Reeves opted to explore Batman’s detective roots, ditching the debonaire Bruce Wayne and dialing down the gadgets. Batman (Robert Pattinson) investigates a series of murders targeting Gotham’s elite while keeping the murdering menace, The Riddler (Paul Dano), from striking once more. Stream The Batman on HBO Go, powered by PLDT Home.
