Tone Attack

This is a high-calorie bodyweight workout designed to build lean muscle and tone. This consists of six working tracks over 20 minutes consisting of a series of compound exercises that will leave you challenged and exhilarated.

Shadow Boxing

Hamstring toe touches

Time to make Muhammad Ali proud. Standing with feet hip-width apart and knees bent, bend forward. Keep the elbows in, and while staying in a stationary position, shadow box. Punch forward (extend one arm forward while keeping the other one back). Or punch the ceiling above you. Or mix jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts together in any pattern that you want. You can do this exercise in a controlled, slower way, or it can be done faster.

Dumbbell Sculpt

This 25-minute workout will leave your muscles quivering. Take dynamic compound exercises and add dumbbells for a great all-around workout! You can do several exercises with this one, such as bent-over rows, overhead presses, Russian twists, tricep kickbacks, and a whole lot more.

Centred

Cardio 1 - mWell

A lower intensity yoga flow that fuses exercises designed to strengthen your core, together with stretches that release tension, lengthen your muscles and help you actively recover. Some of these yoga exercises involve keeping safe and calm while being cautious of your breathing. To do this exercise, you can sit on the floor with your legs crossed and your arms in a prayer in front of you.

A dynamic sprint-based workout designed to burn fat and engage all your muscles! All you need to bring with you is a water bottle and a towel. Create a sprint around the neighborhood - not too fast and not too slow. Do this for 30 minutes, and you may lose 260 calories. Rest if you feel tired but make sure you do at least one turn around the block.

Hamstring Toe Touches

Shadow boxing

Put your feet together. Stand with your legs straight (knees are not fully locked). Slowly bend forward and try to touch your toes with your hands. Then come back up, raising your arms and around above your head. Take a step forward, and then repeat. Next, bend down, touch your toes, come back up and stretch to the sky. Repeat this gently as you dynamically warm your hamstrings up.
