What is Unlimited Family Calling Circle / Unli Fam Call / UNLI CALLS?
The Unli Fam Call (UFC) program unlimited calls to five (5) nominated Smart or TNT numbers in your family circle. It includes unli calling from landline to landline and landline to mobile providing convenience for family communication.
How do I avail the Unlimited Family Calling Circle/Unli Fam Call/UNLI CALLS feature of my Plan?
To use your UFC feature, you can begin nominating Smart or TNT numbers through your Myhome account at https://my.pldthome.com.
My neighbor told me that her plan has Unli Mobile. Can I also get the Unli Mobile feature?
If your plan is eligible, you may request to upgrade your UFC feature to Unli Mobile by contacting any of our customer care channels or simply call 171.
What is Unli Mobile?
The Unli Mobile is an upgraded version of the previous Unli Famcall program, offering unlimited calls/texts to five (5) nominated Smart or TNT numbers in your family circle. It includes unli calling from landline to landline, landline to mobile, mobile to landline, mobile to mobile and texting features for mobile-to-mobile providing convenience for family communication.
What are the plans eligible to request for the Unli Mobile feature?
Only plans from Fiber Unli All 1399 and up and Fiber Unli 1699 and up are eligible to request.
How do I use the Unli Mobile feature?
If your Unli Mobile is already active, once Smart/TNT numbers are enrolled, simply dial the mobile or landline number of any member in your Unli Famcall Circle from your registered mobile or landline number. Calls within the circle are automatically covered by the plan, ensuring seamless communication. Make sure that all enrolled mobile numbers have at least P1.0 load and that the PLDT Home account is current. Otherwise, standard mobile and landline rates may apply.
I am an existing PLDT Customer enrolled in Unli Famcall Plan, can I enjoy unli calling and texting mobile to mobile and mobile to landline calling feature?
Currently, existing customers can only enjoy their original Unli Fam Call included in their plan.
We can upgrade your Unli Fam Call subscription to Unli Mobile if you're on a Fiber Unli All 1399 plan or higher. If your plan doesn't meet the requirement, we'd be happy to assist you with an upgrade.

How do I add/delete the mobile numbers in the Unli Mobile feature?
To add/delete mobile numbers, log in to your PLDT My Home account. From there, navigate to Packages and Subscriptions, then select UnliFamcall and follow the instructions to add or update the mobile numbers you want to include in your circle. Note that you may only change/add/delete enrolled numbers once every billing period.
I can't make a call using my main landline to any of numbers enrolled in Unli Mobile.
Make sure your account is active, NDD is unlocked, has strong signal strength in the area and the mobile number is enrolled in the Unli Mobile feature. If everything is set and you still can't make a call, restart your phone and try again. If the issue continues, contact PLDT 171 for assistance.

Ensure the mobile number is enrolled in the Unli Mobile feature, has strong signal strength in the area, and has at least a Php 1.0 load. If it is and the issue persists, restart your phone. If the problem continues, contact PLDT 171 for assistance.

Why am I billed for the calls made from the main landline to any of the enrolled numbers?
Make sure that your plan is eligible for the unli mobile program, (new subs on current Fiber Unli and Unli All plans, 1399 and up starting July 8). If you're being billed for calls that should be covered by the program, check that the numbers are correctly enrolled via MyHome and haven't been ported to another network. If everything is correct and you're still being charged, contact PLDT 171 for assistance.
Why am I being charged for calls I made from my enrolled mobile to the main landline or to any enrolled mobile numbers?
You may be charged if the numbers aren't correctly enrolled in the program or if the main landline is barred, under treatment, payment not posted yet, or the number you are calling is in international roaming, deactivated, ported to another mobile service provider. Please verify the enrollment status and, if necessary, contact SMART *888/8888-1111 support for assistance.
Your plan may also not be eligible for Unli Mobile or the Unli Mobile is not activated, you may contact 171 for checking and assistance.
